Members of the De Young Properties team and KMPH FOX 26 were in Memphis, Tennessee to accept the 2012 St. Jude Dream Home Campaign Of The Year Award from St. Jude

Over the past six years, more than five million dollars has been raised for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Because of that amazing generosity, Fresno was named St. Jude Dream Home Campaign of the Year. Members of the De Young Properties team and KMPH FOX 26 were in Memphis, Tennessee to accept that prestigious award from St. Jude. There are more than 30 dream homes given away each year across the country, so to receive this award is a huge honor.

De Young Received Three Gold Nugget Awards and a Judges Special Award of Excellence at the annual Pacific Coast Builders Conference.

De Young Properties received a Gold Nugget Award and a Judges Special Award of Excellence at the recent Pacific Coast Builders Conference, held June 28 at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. The local homebuilder earned top honors in a field of international entrants from around the world, earning a Gold Nugget Award for “Best California Advantage Home – NetZero Energy Home Design” and a Special Recognition for “Building Industry Community Spirit Award.”
Ryan De Young and Ernie Escobedo accepted the Gold Nugget Award and Special Award of Excellence which are presented annually at the prestigious conference. Continuing the 49 year legacy, Gold Nugget Awards are given in recognition for excellence and innovation addressing complex design/build issues.
