    De Young Properties received two Gold Nugget Awards - the top honors given at the annual Pacific Coast Builders Conference, held June 23 at San Francisco's Moscone Center. The local homebuilder topped the field of entrants from 14 Western states and international entrants from around the world, earning Gold Nugget Awards for "Best GreenPoint Rated Community" and "Best California Advantage Home - NetZero Energy Home Design." Ryan and Brandon De Young accepted the awards, which were given for homes in the De Young Chestnut Grove community in Fresno.
