As the owner of a De Young Properties home, you received our customized Homeowner Guide during the homeowner orientation. We hope you find this tool to be a convenient resource. Whether it's a routine situation or an emergency, you have the information you need right at your fingertips!
For your convenience, our customer service forms (Routine Service Request, 11-Month Service Request and Customer Care Report) are now available online! Complete the appropriate form and press the send button to submit a service request to the Home Service Department. All service requests will receive a written response so you will know exactly what to expect!

As a reminder, we prefer that service requests (except emergencies) be submitted in writing through our web site, standard mail or fax.
