The home is absolutely phenomenal with wonderful craftmanship. As I walked through the home, I could see the considerable time and effort invested in building it. I am glad De Young was so generous and willing to support such a worthy cause as St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We recently took possession of our home and I can't tell you how pleased I was to be greeted by Julia for our Homeowner Orientation. She not only did a fantastic job during the orientation, but has also been lightning fast in distributing work orders to take care of items noted during and after our Homeowner Orientation. If the companies I perform my duties for had Julia for customer care they'd sure have a lot less problems.........Kudos to you for having her. Another positive note for you is that I and my wife have been real happy with Sheryl at the sales office. Sheryl exceeded all our expectations and again, you are very fortunate to have such a person. Thanks so much for being so "speedy" in notifying the subcontractors of the items reported on the service form. I no sooner dropped off the service form and returned home and they were already calling to make appointments. The people coming out have been on time, friendly, and worked diligently. Also, your staff is friendly, helpful, and seems to be really staying on top of things. Sheryl in the sales office was always so personable and pleasant while answering my many, many questions.

I would like to take the time to thank you. Our first home was a Brentwood and it was wonderful. Because of this we had no reservations when we bought our second Brentwood home and with the service you provided we were correct. Thanks again for your great service.
