This May, De Young Properties began construction for the 2012 St. Jude Dream Home® to be given away to a lucky winner this November. The Groundbreaking Ceremony and De Young Miracle March, covered live by KMPH Fox 26, included major donor and builder De Young Properties, trade partners, and representatives from St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The 2,064 sq. ft. home in the De Young Chestnut Grove community at Chestnut and Teague in Fresno will be offered as the first place prize to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to fight cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.
One hundred percent of the proceeds of the giveaway are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Serving as major donor and builder of the St. Jude Dream Home for the past five years, De Young Properties has successfully raised over $4.4 million for the hospital to date. Once again, only 10,000 tickets will be available in the hopes of raising $1,000,000 to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which works around the clock to develop cures to save the lives of boys and girls, including children in the San Joaquin Valley.

The 2012 St. Jude Dream Home will be a part of the award-winning Clovis schools district and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage. Tickets will be available for purchase starting August 17th and you can tour the Dream Home® beginning September 22nd. The winner will be announced on KMPH FOX 26 on Sunday, November 11th.
